Calvin Harris will return to Scotland for the first time in six years, it has been announced.

The Dumfries-born DJ and music producer, 38, will perform a homecoming show at Hampden Park football stadium in Glasgow.

Until now, Harris had been keeping the location a secret.

The show will take place on Friday, July 2 and tickets go on sale later this week.

The event will be the DJ's first since he headlined T in the Park festival in July 2016.

Harris, whose real name is Adam Richard Wiles, had huge success with his debut album I Created Disco and second album Ready For The Weekend.

His third album, 18 Months, held the record for the album featuring the most top 10 singles, with nine, until Ed Sheeran released Divide in 2017, scoring 10.
