4 Blood Brothers: Ran from 1988 to 2012 with more than 10,000 performances staged.
5 The Woman in Black: Still running after opening in January 1989.
6 Cats: Between 1981 and 2002, it clocked up almost 9000 West End performances.
7 Starlight Express: It closed in 2002 after more than 7400 shows were staged in the West End.
8 No Sex Please, We're British: It ran from 1971 to 1987 and was staged on 6761 occasions.
9 The Crazy Gang: The zany comedians packed theatres from 1947 until 1962.
10 Chicago: It opened in November 1997 and closed in September 2012, after 6187 performances.
