GEORGIOS SAMARAS doesn't care what Shakhter Karagandy say, think or do.
For the Greek striker, it's all about what Celtic deliver tonight when they take to the Parkhead pitch against the Kazakhs.
He admits he is still hurting from the 2-0 defeat in the first leg of their play-off and reckons it is time to gain retribution by ending Shakhter's dream of qualifying for the Champions League.
Euro scoring talisman Sami is expected to start this crunch tie after recovering from a toe injury and said: "I don't remember ever being this angry going into a game.
"Not angry as in going to kick people, but angry because it's a game I want a lot.
"It is one of these games you can't lose. You want to win - and win well.
"With Celtic, you win titles, you win games. It feels normal sometimes.
"This is different. It's the whole season for us - and I don't want a team from Kazakhstan to ruin that."
He went on: "I didn't say much last week because normally I keep calm and try to think things through.
"We didn't play great, but we didn't deserve to lose and it just leaves you angry. It was hard to accept the result."
Now it's time to set the record straight and Sami said: "We are more confident than the fans.
"We believe in ourselves, we believe in our talent and the quality we have in the team.
"We enjoyed those Champions League nights so much last year and will do everything to get back there."
