BELL (6) Another game, another clean sheet for the Ibrox No.1.

Crucial late save to deny McLaren and earn all three points for the Gers.

FAURE (6) Suffered an early knock landing awkwardly after an aerial joust with Lister. Rarely troubled defensively but didn't impress going forward as poor distribution often let him down.

McCULLOCH (7) Competed well against the physical Diamonds attack. Lucky to see Lister head straight at Bell after he lost his man from a Diamonds free-kick.

MOHNSI (6) Unhappy at the robust approach of Gary Bollan's side, was booked for protests and earned a second yellow at full-time to see red. Spurned a fine chance from Aird corner, heading over from six yards.

WALLACE (8) Again the Light Blues' stand-out performer. Strong runs from left-back gave side much-needed width and impetus. Crucial Ally McCoist holds on to him long term.

AIRD (6) Started brightly but faded as he was starved of service on Rangers' right flank.

BLACK (6) Midfielder once again in the heart of the battle. He was clattered by Blockley in first half and lashed out at Bain after a crude lunge 10 minutes from time. Will miss the Forfar clash later this month after booking.

LAW (6) Has the class to dominate games but Gers fans rightly expecting more from the former Motherwell star. Didn't get on the ball often enough in dangerous areas.

MACLEOD (7) Restored to the line-up and quickly made an impact as he found the net with a terrific drive from the edge of the area. Huge concern for McCoist as he hobbled off late on.

CLARK (6) Worked hard but had few chances to add to his goal tally. Struggled to link up with strike-partner Daly on a frustrating night.

DALY (6) Did his job as the Gers fired a series of long balls in his direction and was involved in Macleod's goal with a neat knock-down. Never looked like finding the net himself.

FOSTER (2) On for Clark for the final five minutes as McCoist's side saw out the game.

CRAWFORD (2) On for Macleod for last few minutes. No time to make an impact.
