THE League Cup quarter-final clash between Rangers and St Johnstone will be played on Tuesday, October 28.
Ally McCoist's side will look to take their second Premiership scalp of the season when the Saints visit Ibrox and the last eight tie will be screened live on BBC Scotland with a 7.15pm kick-off.
The other three ties - Celtic v Partick, Aberdeen v Hamilton and Hibs v Dundee Utd - will be played on Wednesday 29 October.
