PAUL LAMBERT has urged Blackburn to sign striker Danny Graham this summer after he was linked with a move to Rangers.
The 30-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and is poised to quit Premier League outfit Sunderland after falling down the pecking order at the Stadium of Light.
Ibrox boss Mark Warburton has been credited with an interest in Graham as he looks to bolster his ranks for a shot at the Premiership next term.
But Lambert, who has been linked with a switch to Celtic after leaving Ewood Park on Saturday, reckons Rovers should make a bid to land Graham for next term.
He said: “He’s scored seven goals for us and that’s a big return as he’s only been here for three months.
“My advice to the club would be to try and sign him. No two ways about it.
“But I don’t know what Danny wants to do. He has to be the judge of that.”
