RANGERS are close to completing their 11th signing of the summer after Cardiff City defender Declan John arrived at Ibrox this morning.
It emerged yesterday that the Light Blues were keen on a swoop for the left-back after he fell out of favour at the Championship outfit.
John, a Wales international, is expected to join the Gers on a season-long loan move today.

The 22-year-old has made more than 50 appearances for Cardiff since coming through their youth system but is yet to feature this term.
John will provide competition for club captain Lee Wallace on the left side of defence as Director of Football Mark Allen puts the finishing touches on Rangers' new-look squad.
