WITH Moussa Dembele gone, I have to say that I think it will be Odsonne Edouard who will lead the line for Celtic.

There was a point this season when it looked as though Brendan Rodgers might go with a back three and play with two up front but I just don’t really see that happening now.

I do think that there is a need to bring in a few signings during the January transfer window which could mean another striker coming to the club, but for now I think Brendan will want to give Edouard a good run in the team.

Griffiths has just hit his 100th goal for Celtic so it is up to him to prove that he has got what it takes to go and push for that regular starting spot. But for now I think the guy the club shelled out the big money for is the one that we will see starting the games.

I like Edouard. I think he brings a physicality and his touch and pace are fabulous assets.

He did so well in the build up to the goal against Rangers last Sunday and I think over the course of the season he’ll prove his worth to the team.

And with Europa League games looming too, I have no doubt that there will be ample game time for Griffiths too.
