David Turnbull to complete move to Celtic

David Turnbull is expected to finalise a move to Celtic in the next few days. The 19-year-old transfer was expected to be finalised but Celtic and his agent struggled to reach personal terms. The Sun now reports that the deal is almost done after concerns over the chance of regular first-team football. On the potential signing, Scott Brown said:  “I think David would be fantastic. I think that it would be the right club to come to given how we develop players into top-quality players." (The Sun

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard "rejects" Derby approach

Steven Gerrard has reportedly rejected an approach from Derby County to discuss replacing Frank Lampard, should he move to Chelsea. The Times reports that the Ibrox boss has been identified as a top target by the Rams, however the report states that Gerrard is committed to Rangers.

Rangers to finalise Ojo deal, with more on the way

Rangers are close to finalising a loan deal for Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo's with the move thought to be close.  Rangers are still working on deals to sign Charlton midfielder Joe Aribo and Oldham defender George Edmundson, with Peterborough pulling out of the race to sign the Rangers target (Various)
