Aberdeen star Scott McKenna has reportedly handed in a transfer request - that has been REJECTED by Derek McInnes.
The Dons have knocked back bids from QPR and Nottingham Forest for their key man already this summer.
But the centre-half is hoping to make a move and, according to the Scottish Sun, has officially told the club he wants to leave.
The transfer window slams shut for English clubs on Thursday evening at 5pm.
So it looks likely that it'll be a race to sign the player if Mark Warburton and his counterpart at Forest, Sabri Lamouchi, decide to make another move.
Celtic have also been credited with an interest in the Scotland cap and, now that he has made his position clear with Derek McInnes, could also make another bid.
Meanwhile the Daily Record have now claimed that McInnes has booted out McKenna's demands.
