Celtic kid Stephen Welsh has joined Greenock Morton on a season-long loan.
Welsh, 19, has played for the Hoops' development squad since 2017 but is yet to play a competitive match for the first-team.
Ton boss David Hopkin has been looking to bolster his defensive options and clearly sees Welsh as a talented player who can help his side straight away.
The defender has experience playing at Cappielow Park as Hoops youngsters play their home games in Greenock.
He will go straight into the Morton squad for their trip to Inverness tomorrow.
