Former Real Madrid and Tottenham superstar Rafael van der Vaart has hilariously compared himself and ex-Celtic ace Pierre van Hooijdonk to Simon and Garfunkel.
The retired winger and his Dutch compatriot were pundits on live telly during last night's Euro 2020 qualifiers.

Never afraid to have a laugh, van der Vaart posted two pictures showing the comparison.
In one snap the former players held their microphones as they discussed the clash they were in attendance at.
And below he simply shared a picture of the American singer-songwriters.

Posting on Twitter, the former midfielder said: "Last night the official band reunion", with a wink-face emoji.
His tweet racked up hundreds of likes and shares.
The two players watched on as their countrymen managed an impressive 4-2 victory over Germany in Hamburg.
