Celtic have announced that goalkeeper Scott Bain has signed a new four-year contract with the Scottish champions.
The 27-year-old joined the club in January 2018 after a move from Dundee and has proved to be an able stopper since his debut in Celtic’s 3-2 victory over Rangers at Ibrox.
The new deal will keep him at the Parkhead club until 2023, which is a one-year extension on his previous deal.

After suffering a hand injury in August, Bain lost his place in Neil Lennon’s starting XI to Fraser Forster, who joined the club on a season-long loan from Southampton.
However, Bain’s new deal will see him stay at Celtic after Forster’s loan is finished and fellow keeper Craig Gordon's deal is also set to expire at the end of the season.
The new deal comes one day after James Forrest signed his new four-year deal with the Premiership club.
