SCOTLAND'S Euro 2020 qualifying campaign finished on a high note on Tuesday evening as Steve Clarke's side recorded a 3-1 win over Kazakhstan at Hampden.
The visitors gave Scotland a scare when they opened the scoing in the first half, but a brace from John McGinn and a Steven Naismith goal ensured that the national team finished in third place in Group I.
With Belgium and Russia sealing the top two places in the group and automatic qualification for next summer's Euros, Scotland failed to qualify for the finals of a tournament via the conventional route.

However, the national side have been handed a lifeline due to the successful Nations League campaign last year and can still qualify for Euro 2020 via the play-offs.
It has now been confirmed that Scotland will face Israel, Romania, Hungary or Bulgaria in the semi-final, with the winner of the tie between Norway and Serbia awaiting in the play-off final.
Both the semi-final and the final of the play-offs will be played over a single leg, and Hampden could end up being the venue for both of Scotland's fixtures, should Clarke's team successfully navigate the semi-final.
The draw for the semi-finals will take place on Friday 22 November in Nyon, Switzerland.
