Rangers loan star Glenn Middleton bagged himself a double for Hibs' academy side this afternoon as they thrashed St Mirren 6-0 in the SPFL Reserve Cup.
The tricky Gers winger helped seal the capital club's path to the next round with a second-half brace.
A penalty kick was converted by the 19-year-old after he was felled inside the area.

Ryan Shanley - only just on for Kosovar Sadiki - saw his cross dummied by Fraser Murray into the path of Glenn Middleton, who tucked home.
He then drilled home his second later in the half.
Club captain Darren McGregor also scored on his return from long-term injury.
It was a fairly strong Hibs eleven with the likes of Adam Bogdan and Tommy Block also starting.
The young Buddies were swept aside but it was Middleton in particular who impressed.
