Neil Lennon says Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard ‘didn’t feel comfortable’ starting for Celtic in Cup Final tie against Rangers.
Celtic’s main man has missed their last three matches in two weeks due to an undisclosed injury, including Wednesday night’s 2-1 victory over Hamilton.
He takes his place on the bench ahead of the match as Lewis Morgan starts up front in his place.
Neil Lennon told BBC Sportsound: “Odsonne’s obviously a huge player for us, a big-game player.
“Yesterday he said he didn’t feel comfortable enough to start but he wants to make a contribution later in the game.”
Griffiths is missing from the bench, but Michael Johnston joins Edouard after previously scoring against Rangers.
