Kieran Tierney faces another lengthy spell on the sidelines after damaging his shoulder against West Ham.
The ex-Celtic defender was forced off in the Premier League encounter last night as it appeared he dislocated his shoulder.
The flare-up comes as we told yesterday afternoon the left-back was dealing with a secret shoulder injury.
Kieran Tierney's 'secret shoulder injury' real reason for limited Arsenal playing time
KT, 22, has not featured as regularly as he would have liked for Arsenal since his £25m signing.
Just ten appearances under his belt so far and having already come through a thigh and hernia issue, Tierney's season has been stop-start to say the least.
And it is understood that he will now have to undergo medical tests to get to the bottom of the issue.
