Former Celtic midfielder Liam Henderson has joined Empoli on loan from Hellas Verona.
The ex-Hibs man has dropped down leagues from Serie A to Serie B in search of first-team football.
Henderson, 23, helped Verona to promotion last season under manager Fabio Grosso but has found himself out of favour at the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi this term.

Now Empoli have confirmed Henderson's signing on social media. They tweeted: "Liam Henderson is a new blue player: the 23-year-old midfielder arrives temporarily from @HellasVeronaFC".
He will wear the number 38 jersey.
Henderson began his career in Scotland as a Hoops player before really going on to make his name at Hibs under manager Alan Stubbs. His corner kick assisted captain David Gray to seal their famous Scottish Cup win over Rangers in 2016.
