Rangers youngster Jamie Barjonas' loan move to Partick Thistle has been confirmed.

The 20-year-old will join Thistle until the end of the season this afternoon after the two clubs came to an agreement on the move.

Barjonas has played for Gers' colts side five times this term in the Challenge Cup including in matches against Stranraer, Solihull Moors and Wrexham.

He has already had two loan spells away from Ibrox including for Raith Rovers and Bury but is looking for game time in a higher division - the Scottish Championship - where he'll continue to improve.

Barjonas has indeed made nine appearances for the first-team at the Light Blues and is under contract until 2021.
