Rangers manager Steven Gerrard insists there is a lot of interest in Greg Docherty as he leaves the door open to a loan move for the midfielder.
Charlton lead the pack in the hunt for Docherty's signature but Sunderland and Shrewsbury are also sniffing about the player.
The midfielder, 23, has played just five times for the first-team this term including four European ties and an away clash against East Fife in the Betfred Cup.
Game time is what Docherty is after, as is his manager Gerrard who hopes to send the former Hamilton star out. "Docherty is still about," the Liverpool legend said.
"The kid has got a lot of interest because of the success he had on loan at Shrewsbury. There’s a lot of respect for Doc down in League One and also some in the Championship. He’s got a few things bubbling away but nothing to report just yet."
Docherty made 50 appearances on loan at Shrewsbury last season.
