Rangers and Liverpool supporters have united to defend Gers boss Steven Gerrard after Ladbrokes suggested Jordan Henderson has become a better Reds captain.
Gerrard skippered Liverpool to numerous trophies during his time at Anfield including the Champions League and FA Cup. Henderson has now also helped his side to a Champions League winners medal as well as a Club World Cup.
Henderson also looks likely to do for his side what Gerrard never could - win the English Premier League under Jurgen Klopp - as his men sit with an insurmountable 16 point lead at the top of the table.

Scottish Premiership sponsors Ladbrokes posed the suggestion: "Unpopular opinion: Jordan Henderson has become a better captain than Steven Gerrard", with a puzzled emoji.
And supporters quickly jumped on the post, giving their opinions on the debate - with plenty of Gers fans backing their boss. "Henderson ain’t fit to be in the same sentence as Gerrard", one said.
"This is possibly the stupidest tweet I've ever seen," said another. One commented: "Gerrard captained donkeys most of the time."
Another said: "Gerrard in his prime, would slot right into Liverpool 2019/20 squad. Taking Henderson's place. To even compare is mental."
Some Celtic fans even came to the same conclusion. One added: "No chance! And I'm a Celtic fan!" Another wrote: "From a Celtic fan this is mental chat.. Gerrard 10 times better player best champions league final comeback ever wen 3 0 down to milan at half time also.. Henderson has a far better manager in charge and better players round him.."
Others opted for Henderson. One Celtic fan commented: "Gerrard was a terrible captain didn’t have the bottle to win the a league championship".
Another supporter, a Liverpool fan, added: "I'll agree with that, but not a better player."
