FRASER FORSTER: Slack pass out from the back put side in all sorts of trouble. Made great low save from Walker after break though. 6

JOZO SIMUNOVIC: Booked for taking Jamie Walker down after Forster’s mistake put Celtic in trouble, and was sloppy in possession early on. Hit the post at the other end in second half as he and Celtic looked much more assured, and rounded off the night with Celtic’s fifth. 6

CHRISTOPHER JULLIEN: Such a threat from set-pieces and so it proved again as he nodded home the decisive second goal just 43 seconds after the interval. Dealt well with threat of Liam Boyce. 7

KRISTOFFER AJER: Unruffled during a good spell for the visitors in the first half, and made a crucial headed intervention at one stage as he read the play well. Untroubled after interval. 7

JAMES FORREST: Denied opener by good Pereira save, but was a little indecisive and wasteful by is own high standards thereafter. Hearts keeper made another decent stop from Forrest later too, much to the surprise of everyone present and the exasperation of the winger. 6

GREG TAYLOR: A very good night for the former Killie man, playing on the front foot and linking up well with McGregor for Celtic’s third goal. Also set up the fourth for Christie in a highly impressive showing. 8

SCOTT BROWN: Like his teammates, looked a little off it in the first 45 minutes, but took more control of the midfield in the second half. 6

CALLUM MCGREGOR: A bundle of energy throughout, and scored a brilliant third goal as he linked with Taylor before firing home through the legs of Souttar. 7

OLIVIER NTCHAM: Had a slightly strange start to the game as he ceded possession a couple of times, but was in the right place to pounce on a Pereira save from Edouard to tuck home and break the deadlock. Cruised it after break. 7

ODSONNE EDOUARD: Combined really well with Griffiths again and brought save from Pereira that led to Ntcham scoring opener. Classy link-up play is great to watch. 7

LEIGH GRIFFITHS: Flashed a rocket just over early on and then missed a sitter late in the first half, firing wide after being slipped in by Edouard. Made amends as his corner set up Jullien for the second before making way for Christie. 7

RYAN CHRISTIE: Didn’t take long to make his mark, scoring via a deflection off Halkett within two minutes of coming on. Swung in corner for Simunovic to add fifth. 7

MOHAMED ELYOUNOUSSI: On for Forrest for last 20 minutes or so and showed nice touches. 5

TOM ROGIC: On for Ntcham for final 12 minutes and was good on the ball. 5
