Celtic's Europa League opponents FC Copenhagen were held to a 1-1 draw with bottom of the Danish Superliga Silkeborg yesterday.
The Hoops' last-32 opponents have been in dismal form of late with their last victory in any competition coming on January 31 against Astana in the Atlantic Cup.
Manager Stale Solbakken will have been desperate to prepare for their trip to Parkhead this week with a morale-boosting win over Silkeborg but, instead, they were forced to share the spoils with 10 men.
Vegard Moberg opened the scoring for the home side on 35 minutes before Jens Stage - who missed a penalty against Celtic last week - equalised for Copenhagen. Junior Brumado was sent-off for Silkeborg in injury time but it left too little time for Copenhagen to try and take advantage of their numerical plus one.
