Barry Ferguson has recalled the hilarious moment his dad called nephew Lewis a "f***ing wee b******" after the Aberdeen midfielder scored against Rangers.
The Dons star headed a late winner in last season's Betfred Cup semi-final at Hampden as Aberdeen notched a 1-0 win to set up a final date with Celtic.
Uncle Barry and grandad Archie were watching from the house when young Lewis' 79th-minute winner went in. And the Rangers legend revealed the pair had a few choice words for the goalscorer. "I'm sitting with my dad, he'd come down" Ferguson told Football Daft podcast.
"My mum is sitting through in the kitchen with my missus and the kids, I'm sitting with my dad and we're watching it. We played well, we were doing well.
"I said to my dad, 'I've got a feeling they're going to sneak a goal here'. Who scores? Lewis scores. It goes quiet. I turned round to my dad and said, 'You know what? Lewis just scored'.
"And he's like, 'F***ing b******' - and that's his grandson. I'm like, 'Wee b******' and that's my nephew. After the game, you've got to say well done wee man."
