Rangers hero Ally McCoist has sent a message of support to fans across the world amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The Ibrox legend took to Instagram to try and spread some cheer during difficult times.
He said: “Guys how we doing? Ally here! Just thought I would send you a wee message.
“We are in uncharted territory so to speak, it’s crazy isn’t it? Nobody knows what is going to happen. But the one thing we do know is it is times like these that we have to come together and look after each other.
“So listen guys if you have an elderly relative or neighbour needing a wee phone call to see if they are needing anything that is the most important thing.
“We’ll get through it but please look after each other, take care and we will see you soon.”
McCoist signed off the message saying: “To everyone - look after each other - we’ll get through it - take care - Love, Ally and family.”
The post has racked up over 40,000 views with over 11,000 likes and fans were quick to praise the former Scotland striker for his kind message.
One wrote: “God bless you, you lovely man, I look forward to seeing you soon!”
