Celtic have announced new contracts for a number of their highly-rated youngsters ahead of the new season.
Stephen Welsh has penned a new three-year deal at Parkhead alongside a host of academy prospects including Brody Paterson, Matthew Anderson, Adam Brooks and Adam Montgomery.
Welsh made his first-team debut for the Hoops at FoY Stadium earlier this year in a 4-1 win over Hamilton Accies and is regarded as a promising player coming through the ranks. He will remain at the club until at least 2023. He spent the first half of last season on loan at Greenock Morton and impressed manager David Hopkin.
Ben McPherson, Bruno Davidson, Joe Morrison and Ts'oanelo Lets'osahave all signed their first three-year professional contracts, while Joseph Murphy has signed a two-year deal.
