RANGERS got their Premiership campaign off to a winning start on Saturday as Steven Gerrard's side left Aberdeen with all three points.
Ryan Kent's first-half breakaway goal was all that separated the two teams in the end, although Ianis Hagi and Joe Aribo both went close to doubling the visitors' advantage.
There were no fans in Pittodrie but the game itself was still lively, with Andrew Considine recieving his marching orders for a studs-up tackle on Scott Arfield and new Rangers signing Leon Balogun crashing his head off the goalpost after a tussle with Scott McKenna.
