JERMAIN DEFOE has admitted that he laughed after hearing Jamie O'Hara's claim that Bournemouth was a bigger job than Rangers.
The former Wolves and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder suggested Gers boss Steven Gerrard should seriously consider a move to Dean Court should it present itself after the departure of long-term manager Eddie Howe.
But Defoe, who has played for both Rangers and Bournemouth, believes there is simply no comparison between the two clubs.
He said: "To be totally honest, when I saw it I laughed. I just couldn't believe it.
"I played for Bournemouth but to be honest there is no comparison. What he said was laughable."
