Leeds United defender Barry Douglas is on Celtic's radar, according to reports.

The Hoops hope to add a new left-back to rival Greg Taylor with Boli Bolingoli on the way out following his secret Spain trip and self-isolating scandal. Douglas, 30, made just six starts for Marcelo Bielsa's side last season and could consider his options if Celts do, indeed, make a move.

Douglas of course has experience in Scotland's Premiership having played for Dundee United between 2010-2013 before he departed for Lech Poznan. He then went on to star for Konyaspor before eventually leaving for Wolves in the English Championship.

It is believed Douglas may be hoping to sign a new deal at Elland Road after Leeds' promotion to the English Premier League, but Champions League football with Celtic could also come into play. And, with Stuart Dallas and Ezgjan Alioski both ahead of him in the pecking order, he may find playing time even harder to come by.

Douglas is heading into the final year of his contract.

Meanwhile Amiens have emerged as potential suitors for Boli Bolingoli. The Ligue 2 outfit reportedly want the Belgian on loan.
