Livingston
Max Stryjek – 8
Collected a number of crosses and pulled off a stunning save to deny Borna Barisic late on.
Nicky Devlin – 7
Commanding defensive shift. Tough in the tackle and tireless tracking from the full-back.
Jack Fitzwater – 7
Impressive display by the defender. Strong in the air and in the tackle. Put his body on the line.
Jon Guthrie – 6
Struck up a good partnership with Jack Fitzwater to ensure Rangers weren’t getting a sniff of goal.
Jack McMillan – 6
Limited Rangers to few chances down the right flank. Positionally sound for Gary Holt’s team.
Marvin Bartley – 6
Full of energy in the middle of the park both defensively and moving forward.
Craig Sibbald – 7
Instinctive attempt to try and lob Jon McLaughlin in the second half. Looked busy in the middle.
Jason Holt – 5
A battling performance from the former Ibrox man to earn a valuable point.
Scott Pittman – 6
Tried to get his foot on the ball as much as possible to get Livingston forward.
Alan Forrest – 5
Couple of decent runs forward, but was more of a defensive shift for the winger.
Jack Hamilton – 5
The youngster put himself about up top, but struggled to hold the ball up for Livi.
Subs
Robbie Crawford – 3
Scrapped well when he came on and made sure to win the second ball.
Matej Poplatnik – 1
A subbed sub.
Scott Robinson – 2
Late chance but shot wide.
Salim Kouider-Aissa – 2
On for a tough running gig up top in the dying stages.
Rangers
Jon McLaughlin – 6
Had to look sharp when Craig Sibbald looked to lob, but other than that not tested in between the sticks.
James Tavernier – 6
Delivered a number of pinpoint crosses into the box, but no takers on the end of them.
Connor Goldson – 6
Had to cover for a poor performance from his defensive partner Filip Helander. Won a number of aerial duals.
Filip Helander – 4
Looked shaky and nervous on the plastic surface and Jack Hamilton caused him problems.
Borna Barisic – 6
Was limited to few chances to bomb down the left flank. Not as influential as Wednesday night.
Ryan Jack – 6
Controlling performance in the middle and sparked a number of attacks forward.
Glen Kamara – 5
Not troubled in central midfield, but had no influence on the game for Rangers.
Scott Arfield – 5
In to replace the injured Joe Aribo, but didn’t have as much of an attacking impact as his teammate.
Ianis Hagi – 4
Looks short of confidence. Steven Gerrard still waiting for him to show some of his form from last season.
Ryan Kent – 6
Rangers’ most dangerous player. Tried to dance his way through the Livingston defence on a number of occasions.
Alfredo Morelos – 6
Linked the play well in the final third, but ultimately couldn’t find that cutting edge to get the breakthrough.
Subs
Brandon Barker – 2
No end product after being introduced off the bench.
Kemar Roofe – 2
Struggled to get up to the speed of the game when introduced into the action.
Cedric Itten – 2
Tried his best to link the play, but hounded out by Livi.
