KRIS BOYD has slammed Ianis Hagi and Alfredo Morelos for their performances as Rangers dropped points against Livingston.

The Light Blues failed to create chances in the final third as Livi battled well against Steven Gerrard's side.

Boyd said Hagi looked uninterested and he also took aim at Morelos for his negative reaction to be being hooked in the second half at the Tony Macaroni Arena.

Speaking in the Sky Sports studio at full-time, he said: "There was too many passengers today.

"I thought Ianis Hagi didn't do anything in terms of touches.

"I don't want to label it at him, but to be honest he didn't look interested.

"A lot of the time it looked as if the game just past him by.

"With everything that's at stake, you need to go and demand a ball.

"Rangers paid a lot of money for these guys. You need to demand the ball off your teammates, make things happen in the final third, and if you do that then you'll get a positive result.

"I'm fed up with everyone telling me Alfredo Morelos is back scoring goals.

"He has been back scoring goals but his all-round play and everything else is not good enough.

"Coming here today, he's got a young boy coming on for him in Itten and he goes off in a mood.

"Listen, I get the fact you're not happy being taken off but you've got to show respect to your teammates.

"The guy is coming on here for an opportunity to go and get a winning goal. Go and give him words of wisdom and try and push him on."
