Ex-Hibs striker Tam McManus believes Celtic's Patryk Klimala should slap in a transfer request after being snubbed by Neil Lennon in last night's Ferencvaros disaster.
The Hoops started last night's Champions League qualifier at Parkhead without a registered striker on the pitch, despite both Klimala and new signing Albian Ajeti on the bench. Ryan Christie played from the kick-off but, despite scoring his side's goal in the 2-1 defeat, missed a barrel load of chances.
Eyebrows were raised when Klimala was not picked to play and McManus believes the Polish attacker is 'wasting his time' under Lennon. He also told his social media followers that 'alarm bells' should be ringing after he was not even chosen off the bench to offer his side a different threat going forward.
Patrick Klimala should go in & hand in a transfer request this morning. Wasting his time under the current manager. Clearly not having him at all. To not start is alarm bells but to not even get on the pitch last night chasing a game/goal tells you everything you need to know imo

Ajeti was brought on late in the day with Celtic chasing the game and fans were livid at manager Lennon refusing to make changes earlier. Some also criticised his tactics while others blasted the players on the pitch for their 'half-hearted' efforts on the night.
