CHAMPIONSHIP outfit Dundee have announced the signing of Charlie Adam.
The former Rangers man started his career at Dundee before his spell at Ibrox and in England. He also turned out 26 times for Scotland and spent a season as Anfield after Liverpool bought him from Blackpool.
He enjoyed a fruitful spell in England in which he scored a memorable long range goal for Stoke City against Chelsea.
Adam had previously said he was open to a move back to Dundee.
The 34-year-old joins James McPake's side as they aim to gain promotion to the Premiership.
He has signed a two-year-deal at Dens Park.
