MOTHERWELL PLAYER RATINGS
TREVOR CARSON 6
Couple of good saves early on in the first half, but nothing he could do about Rangers’ goals.
DECLAN GALLAGHER 5
Struggled to cope with the attacking threat of Alfredo Morelos and co.
BEVIS MUGABI 4
Penalised for hand ball in the first half and seemed to effect his confidence.
RICKI LAMIE 4
Looked off the pace and Jordan Jones got the better of him on too many occasions.
STEPHEN O’DONNELL 4
Was pressed into playing on the back foot during the first half. Hooked at half time.
ALLAN CAMPBELL 6
A busy performance in the middle of the park, Motherwell’s best performer.
MARK O’HARA 5
Has scored four times against Rangers in his career, but wasn’t a threat this time round.
LIAM POLWORTH 6
Tried his best to get on the ball as much as he could, but final ball wasn’t up to scratch.
LIAM GRIMSHAW 6
Tough shift up against Ryan Kent. Kept the winger reasonably quiet by his standards of late.
TONY WATT 6
Put himself about against Connor Goldson and Filip Helander, but not much of a threat.
CALLUM LANG 5
Motherwell needed him to hold the ball up more than he did. Struggled up top.
SUBS
BARRY MAGUIRE 4
Failed to make an impact in the second half.
CHRISTOPHER LONG 3
Game was gone, but didn’t force any chances in the second period.
SHERWIN SEEDORF 4
Looked sharp after being introduced from the bench.
JORDAN WHITE 3
Brought into the action late on for Tony Watt.
