Scott Brown in suspension sweat as SFA compliance officer to consider 'elbow' charge in Aberdeen clash
Scott Brown faces an anxious wait to discover his fate after an alleged elbow on Aberdeen's Scott Wright.
The Celtic captain appeared to catch the Dons man as he attempted to shield the ball after coming on as a sub in Sunday's 3-3 draw.
Referee Willie Collum took no action at the time but with the alleged incident part of the fast-track procedure, SFA compliance officer Clare Whyte has until 3pm this afternoon to make her decision, according to the Daily Record.
Brown awaits the decision which, if he is indeed cited, will come as another blow to the Hoops at the end of a dismal week.
