Celtic defender Christopher Jullien could return to the fold this week after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
The stopper has missed almost three months of football with a persistent injury but is back training with the squad and could be thrown in against Sparta Prague on Thursday evening.
During Jullien's absence, Celts have shipped a staggering 17 goals in just eight games with Shane Duffy and Kris Ajer seemingly struggling to forge a partnership at the heart of the backline. Jullien, the £7million defender, will be welcomed back with open arms by manager Neil Lennon who could pick the Frenchman for Europa League action.
However the boss may instead wish to wait until Sunday's Betfred Cup game against Ross County to reintroduce the player.
Lennon has been furious in recent weeks with his side's lackadaisical defensive displays. He branded his side's efforts 'lazy' last weekend during their 2-2 draw with Hibs at Easter Road.
