Celtic hero Chris Sutton has slammed protestors who called for Neil Lennon to be sacked at Parkhead today.
Hundreds of supporters appeared at Celtic Park after the Hoops' shock defeat to Ross County in the Betfred Cup.
And Sutton has hit out at those who gathered at the stadium.
He wrote on Twitter: "The people protesting outside Celtic Park can’t call themselves Celtic fans.
"True Celtic fans wouldn’t be singing despicable songs about a man who has given the club the service Neil Lennon has. They are a disgrace. Self entitled ases."
We told earlier how Sutton felt Lennon had been "badly let down" by his players.
He tweeted: "Neil Lennon has been badly let down by his players but he can’t survive this. He’s been a great servant to the club."
