Steven Gerrard has opened up on the flash point between the Ross County players and Rangers players prior to half-time during today's Scottish Premiership clash.
A number of Light Blues stars appeared to complain to referee John Beaton about a comment made by Michael Gardyne following a challenge on Alfredo Morelos.
On the incident, Gerrard said: "I only heard what my own players were saying. I didn't hear what came out of the Ross County player.
"I think that is for Ross County to deal with. But what I was hearing from my own players was a serious thing.
"It is for Ross County to deal with and the officials. Not me.
"It is not my business. It is for Stuart Kettlewell to deal with.
"If Stuart Kettlewell hears what was coming out of my players mouth I am sure he would want to deal with it if it is a serious issue."
Stuart Kettlewell added: "I can't confirm or deny anything at this stage.
"All I can confirm is what he referee has booked him for. I heard him confirming that in the tunnel and it wouldn't suggest it was anything more than that.
"I will probably have to get to the bottom of that myself and find out what was exactly said.
"I was trying to concentrate on the game, but if there is something said of a serious nature then you can rest assured that we will deal with it as a football club."
