CELTIC are mulling over loan moves for West Bromwich Albion duo Kyle Edwards and Rekeem Harper, according to reports.

Neil Lennon is a long-term admirer of 20-year-old midfielder Harper, having previously made a bid to sign the youngster in the summer of 2019, and even travelled to Wembley for the 2019 Championship play-off final between West Brom and Aston Villa to run the rule over him in person.

Meanwhile, 22-year-old winger Edwards could also be on his way out of the Hawthorns after falling down the pecking order under previous manager Slaven Bilic, starting just one league game this term.

The Scottish Sun reckon that Celtic are keeping a close eye on both players as the Premiership champions look to add to Lennon's squad when the transfer window reopens next month.

The report points out that Nick Hammond, Celtic's head of football operations, previously worked at West Brom and therefore knows the two players well.
