CELTIC are keeping tabs on Exeter City winger Joel Randall after an impressive breakthrough campaign from the youngster, according to reports.

The Athletic say that Parkhead manager Neil Lennon and transfer chief Nick Hammond have been keeping a close eye on the 21-year-old with a view to making a formal approach this month.

English Championship side Swansea City have also been credited with an interest in Randall, who has eight goals and five assists in 24 appearances in all competitions this term.

Other EFL sides are said to be monitoring the wide man's situation, and it's believed that Exeter are holding out for a fee of around £1.5million to prise their star man away.
