FORMER Rangers striker Tore Andre Flo has backed Steven Gerrard's side to cap off their Premiership title win with an unbeaten league campaign.
And the Norwegian believes the Light Blues should be targeting a run to the Europa League final as Gerrard's side continue to go from strength to strength this term.
Victory over Ross County on Saturday will move Rangers 23 points clear of Celtic in the title race as they close in on a first league flag in a decade.
And Flo - the most expensive signing in the club's history - believes the Gers should be looking to end the league without defeat to hammer home their advantage over their Old Firm rivals.
🗳️ Next weekend we'll be showing another classic match, but this time, you decide which one!

“I think it’s possible but I guess winning the league is the main priority and there’s still quite a bit to go to get there mathematically, but yes on current form I definitely think it’s possible,” he told Bookmakers.co.uk.
“If they can get to the half way stage unbeaten, then I can’t see why they can’t go all the way.
“It looks very, very good at the moment. It was always going to be a really important season to try and stop Celtic winning the 10-in-a-row and it looks like that’s going to be the case which is really good.

“They’ve done brilliantly to get back on their feet and they’re competing at a good level across multiple competitions, but winning the league will be the pinnacle and will show how far they’ve come under Gerrard and playing brilliant football too.”
With the Premiership title now all-but secure, Gerrard will be able to place extra emphasis on continental competition this term.

Rangers face Royal Antwerp in the last 32 of the Europa League and Flo has backed his former club for shot at the silverware.
Flo said: “I think they can go very far. On a good day they can compete with pretty much any team in the competition so I think there is the possibility to go all the way to the final.
“This team is good enough and with the way they play and the form that they’re in they can beat any team right now.”
