Alfredo Morelos has been banned for three matches after Rangers accepted punishment over his stamp on Ryan Porteous.
The striker stood on the Hibs defender during their clash last week as Gers won 1-0 thanks to El Buffalo.
But following retrospective action the player was charged for the flashpoint. He had been offered a three game ban by the SFA and Gers have today accepted the punishment.
A hearing had been scheduled for February 2 but the SFA have now confirmed that has been cancelled after his club accepted the punishment.
It's not the first time this season Morelos has been hauled in front of the beaks retrospectively. The Colombian was banned for a coming together with Dundee United's Mark Connolly back in December.
