Celtic’s Albian Ajeti has been hit with retrospective action over a ‘dive’ to win his side a penalty against Kilmarnock.
The Swiss striker was felled by Colin Doyle before Odsonne Edouard struck home the resulting spot-kick.
But now the SFA panel have deemed the move simulation and have offered the player a two match ban.
The law states "no player shall cause a match official to make an incorrect decision and/or support an error of judgment on the part of a match official by an act of simulation which results in that player’s team obtaining a Substantial Advantage."
Meanwhile Scott Brown has avoided any issues for an alleged incident where he appeared to catch Aaron Tshibola with a flailing arm. More follows
