CALVIN BASSEY is determined to fulfill his potential at Ibrox after returning to Rangers following his Coronavirus rule breach.
The defender was one of five players that broke Covid guidelines by attending a house party in Glasgow earlier this month.
Bassey has been sanctioned by boss Steven Gerrard and Sporting Director Ross Wilson and said: "I’d like to apologise to my family for putting them through this hard time.
"I want to say sorry to the players, to the board, to the manager, to Ross and lastly to the fans.
"I know you are always by our side and have supported us through this journey we’ve had. I just hope you can carry on supporting us and supporting me.
"I’m sorry for my mistakes and hopefully I can move forward and fulfil my potential at this great club."
