Steven Gerrard faces a touchline ban after being sent-off against Livingston.

Tensions boiled over at half-time after Alfredo Morelos was denied a penalty following a contentious challenge by Livi's goalkeeper Max Strijek.

The Rangers striker was booked for diving which did not sit well with his manager, who confronted referee John Beaton at the whistle.

The whistler booked the manager initially but Gerrard kept going and was shown a second yellow.

Now he faces a sweat over being on the sidelines for upcoming games - where his side could potentially be crowned champions.
