QPR have been forced to deny claims ex-Rangers boss Mark Warburton is set to leave the club to join the FA.
It had been claimed in media reports this morning at Warburton was ready to depart Loftus Road for a role as assistant technical director at the FA.
However the former Ibrox manager was quick to dispel these rumours and put to bed any speculation linking him with a switch away from the English Championship where his R's currently sit eighth in the table.

In a statement, Warburton said: "I don't know where this has come from, there isn't a grain of truth in it.
"I'm completely committed to QPR and am focused on the job in hand."
Club chief Lee Hoos added: "Mark Warburton is not leaving for the FA. It's a pity the publication didn't bother checking their facts before releasing the article which is so wide of the mark."
Warburton enjoyed two years at Ibrox where he won promotion from the Championship and led the club to a Scottish Cup final.
