RANGERS striker Alfredo Morelos has tested positive for Covid-19 on international duty with Colombia.
Morelos joined up with the squad ahead of their World Cup qualifiers with Peru and Argentina in the coming days.
But it has now been confirmed that he and a member of staff will have to self-isolate after returning a positive test in the Colombian camp.
A statement from the FA read: "The technical staff of the Colombia male senior team reports that, following biosafety protocols, RT PCR tests were carried out and two positive cases for Covid-19 were found, the player Alfredo Morelos and the kinesiologist José Rendón.
"After knowing the positive results, following the protocols, the respective isolation of the two people was carried out, who at the moment are in good health."
