THE Tartan Army have been soaking up the sun in Glasgow today ahead of Scotland's crunch Euro 2020 match with Croatia.
There was a party atmosphere in the city and a feeling of optimism as all ages took to the streets ahead of the crucial game, donning kilts and flags.
Some took to Twitter to describe the atmosphere as 'special.'
Special atmosphere in Glasgow city centre today. Sun shining, booze flowing, #Sco shirts galore, plenty of optimism. Come on Scotland!

Putting my lukewarm banter aside the atmosphere is really building very nicely indeed in Glasgow. And I do detect the very slightest - and I do mean slightest - hint of optimism in the air. #Euro2020

Even Glasgow's legendary Duke of Wellington statue joined in the fun as a saltire was draped over him.
Steve Clarke's men need to win tonight's crucial match in order to progress to the last sixteen stage of Euro 2020.
First minister Nicola Sturgeon has urged supporters to watch the match safely.
Speaking in parliament earlier today, she said the whole country would be cheering the national team on.
