JOB seekers can score their first step into the working world by attending a free employment event at the home of a Royston football club tomorrow.
St Roch's FC will host the Working Together for Glasgow open day at James McGrory Park, which will see employers from across the city offer opportunities for young people.
And with a number of sectors set to be involved, Candy Rock bosses hope it will provide the perfect chance for locals to get started in a new career.

Former St Roch's boss Andy Cameron, who was recently elected president of the club, said: "We will have different stations throughout the stadium, all socially distanced.
"Individuals can get access to the vacancies currently available and then apply there and then.
"There will be opportunities in a number of sectors and it means people coming along know there will be a direct link to the posts.
"I work in employability in the city and this is about taking a different approach. We know there are a number of organisations out there who have got their own users.
"Football fans also need jobs. Some people who support our football club might not traditionally engage with the employability services.
"We want to introduce a working together for Glasgow type of ethos."
The Royston Road team have become well-known for their work within the local community in recent years, offering the likes of homework clubs for schoolchildren and a safe space for men to talk about their wellbeing.

"Hopefully if we can get the word out there, then other local organisations can offer these employability services to their users," Cameron added.
"It could be football clubs or it could be anybody."
The event will take place between 10am and 3pm tomorrow. All Covid rules will be followed and attendees - who do not need to register in advance - are asked not to bring along guests.
