Ipswich Town are targeting Rangers' George Edmundson.
The centre-half has not managed the playing time he has wanted at Ibrox since joining from Oldham back in 2019.
He spent last season on loan at Derby County and the Rams are keen to bring him back on loan once more as are, Herald and Times Sport understands, Charlton, Sunderland and Portsmouth.
But Gers would prefer to sell him on a permanent basis and The Tractor Boys are hoping to come to an agreement for the 23-year-old.
Rangers welcomed back Nikola Katic during yesterday's goalless draw with Brighton following a lengthy lay-off and with Filip Helander, Connor Goldson and Leon Balogun already established, Edmundson would really struggle to make Steven Gerrard's XI.
That could open the door to a move for the Englishman who is seen as a good fit for League One down south.
